And Then It’s Winter

  • Posted on January 20, 2012 at 11:31 pm

I received an email with the message below and thought I’d share it. I feel like I can relate to this in some ways for I’m at the midway point of my years at the young age of 51.

And Then it’s Winter!

You know, time has a way of moving quickly and catching you unaware of the passing years. It seems just yesterday that I was young, just married and embarking on my new life with my mate. And yet in a way, it seems like eons ago, and I wonder where all the years went. I know that I lived them all. And I have glimpses of how it was back then and of all my hopes and dreams. But, here it is, the winter of my life–and it catches me by surprise.

How did I get here so fast?

Where did the years go and where did my babies go?

And where did my youth go?

I remember well seeing older people through the years and thinking that those older people were years away from me and that winter was so far off that I could not fathom it or imagine fully what it would be like. But, here it is, my friends are retired and really getting gray, they move slower and I see an older person now. Lots are in better shape than me, but, I see the great change. Not like the ones that I remember who were young and vibrant, but, like me, their age is beginning to show and we are now those older folks that we used to see and never thought we’d be. Each day now, I find that just getting a shower is a real target for the day! And taking a nap is not a treat anymore, it’s mandatory–cause if I don’t on my own free will, I just fall asleep where I sit!

And so, now I enter into this new season of my life, totally unprepared for all the aches and pains, and the loss of strength and ability to go and do things that I wish I had done but never did!! But, at least I know, that though the winter has come, and I’m not sure how long it will last, this I know, that when it’s over, its over.

Yes, I have regrets. There are things I wish I hadn’t done, things I should have done, but indeed, there are many things I’m happy to have done. It’s all in a lifetime….

So, if you’re not in your winter yet, let me remind you that it will be here faster than you think. So, whatever you would like to accomplish in your life please do it quickly! Don’t put things off too long! Life goes by quickly. So do what you can today, as you can never be sure whether this is your winter or not! You have no promise that you will see all the seasons of your life, so live for good today and say all the things that you want your loved ones to remember and hope that they appreciate and love you for all the things that you have done for them in all the years past!!

“Life is a gift to you from God. The way you live your life is your gift to those who come after. Make it a fantastic one.

” LIVE IT WELL! ENJOY TODAY! DO SOMETHING FUN! BE HAPPY! BE THANKFUL! And Praise God For all He’s given you!

188 Day Quake Cycle

  • Posted on September 19, 2011 at 6:04 pm

Earthquakes and city meanings…
Concepción, Chile – means conception
Christchurch, New Zealand – Christ’s church
Sendai, Japan – sendai means 1000 generations
add Sacramento – sacrament, making holy, consecration

I remembered something about the number 8 and looked it up the other day when I saw the 188 day pattern for the earthquakes. You will notice that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob all have something in common. To each of the Three Patriarchs, God allowed them to be born in a year that ended in the number 8.

Abraham born in 1948; Isaac born in 2048; and Jacob born in 2108.

Eight is the sign of the covenant that God made with them. We recall that they were to be circumcised on the 8th day. We can go back even further and see that God saved exactly 8 souls aboard the Ark (1 Peter 3:20).

We can also see the lineage coming from Adam, comes through Shem – who was born in 1558. And his son Arpachshad was born in 1658. We can then progress in time and see that the Exodus occurred in the year 2448, and they entered the land of Israel in 2488.

Even in our time God caused Israel’s re-birth to be in the year 1948. This then parallels the birthday of the father of the nation, Abraham, who was also born in 1948. (1,948 years after Adam)

Pointing yet again, by these things, that the calculations were correct that highlighted the coming year when the trouble was *really* going to start in the year 2008 (Stock Market Crash Oct 5th), and the things that happened in that year.

April 13th Storms

April 21 at 5:05pm

I was looking on John’s blog site today and noticed something interesting…

http://johnmcternansinsights.blogspot.com/2011/04/update-as-america-has-done-to-israel.html

Under Commentary for 4/18/11

On April 12, Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton said that the United States plans to push for a comprehensive Israeli-Arab peace. She suggested a stronger role for the United States in this process. Of course, this plan means the creation of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

On the next day, April 13, a powerful storm from the Pacific moved into the Plains and created the system that unleashed the tornadoes from Oklahoma to Virginia. Within 24 hours of Clinton announcing the plan for the US to play a stronger role to divide Jerusalem, the weather pattern was in place to wreak havoc throughout a huge section of America!

Then I also came across this information…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYHzQRxNdDI

I was wondering when I came across this information if not only is God chastising the US because our stand to divide up the land of Israel but also using our enemies to do it as he has done in the past to others as seen in the Bible???  Enemies meaning not only those afar, but those within our own country.
